General: PQP Banalum® is an Ammonium double sulphate of aluminum, manufactured in three presentations in order to facilitate its application depending on the required use.

Main Uses: PQP Banalum® is recommended for use in the fruit agricultural industry, especially banana crops in the wash of latex. The product can be used in combination with different fungicides in order to prolong the maturation time, since it helps to scar crown clusters, thus reducing the penetration and development of bacteria in the fruit. The product can also be used in swimming pools, water treatment, in the cosmetic industry as an astringent, and in the production of deodorants.

Technical Specifications:

Packaging and Storage: PQP Banalum® is packaged in laminated polypropylene sacks with a polyethylene lining. Net weight of 10 kilos, 25 kilos, and 50 kg for rock and ground product. The crystallized product is packed in polypropylene sacks with a net weight of 25 kg. The product must be stored in covered, well ventilated, moisture-free warehouses. The product must be isolated from the ground on pallets, in stacks up to a maximum of 4.0 meters.

Safety and handling : The use of PQP Banalum® does not present risks to human health and the environment in general. However care should be taken to avoid excessive inhalation of the powdered material, as well as prolonged contact with skin, since the nature of the product can cause irritation. The use of face masks, gloves, and safety goggles is recommended when handling our products.
